Once you fix your PayPal account so that the funds automatically clear, the plugin will start to work as usual.

Hi, currently onsite subscription option is not available in the gateway bundle addon (using PayPal pro). It works with Standard PayPal which comes with eStore by default.
To disable shipping option please open the collect details page and replace the existing shortcode with the following:

Once the debug option is enabled please do a test transaction and share the URL of your site so we can check the debug. That way we will be able to see more details and give you a hand.

Hi, it is likely that your hosting provider is preventing any standalone php script from executing under
/wp-content/plugins. Can you please set up the affiliate area using the 2nd method using the following documentation and see how it goes?please also share the URL of the page after you do it so I can take a look.
