Tagged: load a fresh build, reinstall the plugins
A lot of the times an issue caused by one of the following reasons can be easily fixed by simply loading a fresh copy of the plugin:
1. Custom code modification gone wrong
2. Unwanted code changes that may have resulted from some other customization you did
3. File corruption on your server
4. Database table column got out of sync.
5. Unwanted characters got introduced in the file that may have been resulted from a FTP file transfer (Use “Binary Transfer” mode when uploadeding content using FTP). The best option is to use WordPress’s plugin uploader from the WP dashboard.
6. Just need to update the plugin build on your site so a new feature becomes available to you
7. We may have made some CSS changes in the plugin.
8. The list goes on but I am sure you get the point.
When you re-install the plugin you do not lose any settings data, products data, members data, affiliates data etc. So don’t be afraid to delete the plugin and install a new copy of it (you can always keep a backup copy in your computer somewhere if you like).
With that said, please do the following to re-install/load a fresh copy of the plugin:
Step 1) Deactivate and delete the currently installed version of the plugin(s).
Step 2) Download a fresh copy of the plugin(s) from here:

Step 3) Upload and activate this version of the plugin(s). The specific update instruction for the plugin in question can be accessed from here:
