ModeratorHi, regarding your questions:
1. Payment gateway bundle is an additional addon that can be purchased from here:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-payment-gateway-bundle-plugin
2. yes, because it uses the Authorize.net ARB (Automated Recurring Billing) api.
3. We do have users who are actively maintaining their subscriptions with Authorize.net ARB.
4. Subscription buttons work like “Buy Now” buttons. Once you click it takes you to the checkout page. So the users don’t get to select any checkout method. They click on a button and it takes them to a page where they make the payment using their credit card.
Number 1: It means you can’t set a different period for trial and recurring. For example: Trial Period: 10 days, Recurring Period: 30 days won’t work. If you set Recurring Period: 30 days, Trial Period will also have to be 30 days. Please note that you will only need to worry about this option if you choose to offer a trial.
Number 2: If you look at the “labels” you will see that they actually refer to different fields of the eStore Subscription Settings. The term “Recurring Billing Cycle” refers to how often it will be charged. For example: once every 7 days, once every month (30 days), once every year (365 days). Here, 7 days is the minimum value that ARB accepts and you can set it up to a year (365 days).
Number 3: Authorize.not doesn’t send any notification when the subscription is rebilled or a payment fails. They do claim that they have a silent post feature to notify a remote script when a particular event occurs on their site. But it doesn’t seem to work and they don’t have any official documentation on it either.
Number 4: If you set Trial: 0.00 1 Month and Recurring: 5.00 1 Month, Authorize.net will not charge any initial amount when the user subscribes. When one month runs out it will charge 5.00 (recurring) and will keep doing it every month unless you limit the number of occurrences (By specifying a value in the “Recurring Billing Count” field).
Number 5: If you specify “4” in the “Recurring Billing Count” field then Authorize.net will charge the initial amount (trial amount) and rebill 3 more times (recurring amount). If you don’t have any trial then it will charge the initial amount (recurring amount) and rebill 3 more times (recurring amount).

ModeratorHi, eStore lightbox doesn’t have any issue with jQuery 1.10.2 (we have already tested it). Can you please remove any reference to the Lightbox Evolution script from that page and see how it goes?

ModeratorHi, I have sent an email to your registered email address with the updated gateway bundle addon. Let me know if you don’t receive it.

ModeratorHi, the page contains the following error:
Uncaught TypeError: Object [object Object] has no method 'lightBox'You have a script on your server hardcoing jQuery 1.7.2.
This is conflicting with the currrent version of jQuery included by WordPress (1.10.2).
Please note that there can only be one copy of jQuery on a page for all the elements to function properly. Otherwise there will be JavaScript errors and many elements will be broken.
You can also check for JavaScript errors by yourself. Please see this post which has some good resources for debugging JavaScript errors:

ModeratorHi, you need to update the “return url” in the WP eStore settings. We want to make sure that the gateway bundle addon seamlessly works with eStore plugin, which is why we take the “Thank You” page URL from the eStore settings (if the field is not empty).
I checked the log file and found that PayPal actually returned the following error:
Invalid merchant information: 10002-You do not have permissions to make this API callThis error can be caused by an incorrect API username, an incorrect API password, or an invalid API signature. Make sure that all three of these values are correct. For your security, PayPal does not report exactly which of these three values might be in error.
For reference here is a list of all the error codes: https://developer.paypal.com/webapps/developer/docs/classic/api/errorcodes/

ModeratorHi, You can still continue to use PayPal Standard along with PayPal Advanced. You will just need to enable “Use Multiple Payment Gateways” option in the WP eStore plugin settings. Once you enable it your users will be able to choose a gateway during checkout.
We will look into the error message that you are getting on the admin side. However, you can ignore it for now if you have at least one payment gateway enabled. It will not affect you on the front end.
We still haven’t had that many users for PayPal Advanced (let alone layout C). If we get enough requests we will definitely add it to the addon.
Shipping and tax information is automatically submitted when you do a checkout using PayPal Advanced. Can you please enable debug in the payment gateway bundle settings and do a test transaction? Once you do that please provide a URL to your site so I can check it.

ModeratorHi, “payment email address” is the email used to pay for the membership. In your case this is the PayPal email address.
If you are using option A (Plain PayPal button) the PayPal email address needs to be exactly the same as the one you registered with for the upgrade process to work.

ModeratorHi, every time I load the page I see this line in the JavaScript console (using Google Chrome):
carouFredSel: No element found for "#carousel ul".Do you have any idea where this is coming from? That has to be coming from a plugin or your theme. Are you 100% sure that you deactivated all plugins for testing purchase?

ModeratorHi, you can try using the following function instead of copying the html button code:
<?php echo print_eStore_subscribe_button_form(4); ?>Also, the text link purchase button feature can be handy too:

ModeratorHi, can you please provide a link to the page where you have an Add to Cart button? Do you have this issue when the Download Manager plugin is deactivated?
This is a good post to go over when you have issues like this:

ModeratorHi, you can also get paid by credit or debit card using PayPal standard. A customer doesn’t have to have a PayPal account to subscribe to your service.
Your customers can pay via their credit card (no need to sign-up for PayPal) or via their PayPal account (if they have one already). See the following documentation for more details:

July 26, 2013 at 12:22 am in reply to: Change Add to Cart button to Donate and take directly to PayPal #56793wpCommerce
ModeratorHi, Functionality doesn’t change if you use a different image. A button of type “Add to Cart” will always add a product to the shopping cart once clicked. The text of the button can say “Add to Cart”, “Buy Now”, “Subscription”, “Donate Now” etc.
You can read more about the button behavior here:
You want to set up your products using Fancy 2 along with thumbnails and description. And since “Buy Now” and “Donate” type buttons work the same way (they take a user directly to PayPal once clicked) I recommended you to use a “Buy Now” type button using the following shortcode:
[wp_eStore_fancy_display id=1 type=2 style=2]You just need to replace the “id” value with the actual ID of your product.

ModeratorHi, we will handle this via email since we need to take a closer look at your site to see what is happening.
