Lightbox Ultimate – Amazon S3 video very slow and image distorted

Hi

I have my videos stored in S3 and use Amazon S3 Protected/Private Video in Lightbox Overlay Popup. It takes around 45 to 60 seconds before the video starts to play. I notice your demo starts almost immediately as soon as you click on the image. Also the video is distorted – everything looks squashed from the sides so people look much taller and thinner than they actually are.

Since it is part of a membership site I have set up a temporary membership so you can have a look which I will delete as soon as you let me know that I can.
