I’m trying to add the plug in to my site. I’ve added other plugins with success. I’m using a mac. I downloaded the file. I go to the add new plug in page & select “choose file.” When I browse the files I find the “wp cart for digital products file.” When I try to upload the entire file I get a window that says “safari can’t open the page.’
I’ve looked in that file to see if there’s an obvious file to upload, but not finding it.
Help please.
I watched the tutorial, but it showed me what I already know how to do.
I have installed the plugin using windows. I upload my digital downloads to FTP but cannot get that part to work. I do receive a letter from bluehost saying a register but it don’t finish the payment or redirect to download. All the other functions are working correct. What have I done wrong? Can you help me.
I figured my issue out. I compressed the file to a zip file & was able to install. No need for help.
The installation video tutorial is a good place to start:

@Jerry, Have you enabled debug in the eStore settings?
Once the debug option is enabled please do a test transaction and share the URL of your site so we can check the debug. That way we will be able to see more details and give you a hand.
Please see this post which explains how you can enable debug:
