Can you please post a link to the page where it’s happening?
wpCommerceModeratorIt doesn’t depend on the IP address, It only counts the number of downloads that you specified on your “General settings” of the WP eStore plugin. There must have been something wrong.
wpCommerceModeratorAfter every purchase your customer will receive an email containing the encrypted download link of your ebook if the “Send Emails to Buyer After Purchase” options under “email settings” of the wp eStore plugin is checked.(It should be checked by default already)
You can also show the encrypted download link to your customer on a “Thank You” page or any page you want them to redirect to after a successful payment. All you need to do is just check the “Enable Transaction Result Display” options under “general settings” of the WP eStore plugin and specify the URL of “Thank You” page in the “Return URL” field.

The button you saw in the Purchase Demo Video is a standard Paypal button. Paypal automatically creates the button for you with the text that you provide in eStore’s “Return Button Text” field and shows it to the customer after a purchase.
wpCommerceModeratorAll you have to do is just enter a line in the following format in the “From Email Address” field under “Email Settings” of the WP Affiliate platform
your name <your email address>
wpCommerceModeratorYou can use “Buy now” button to direct your customers to Paypal without showing “Processing Payment..” screen.
wpCommerceModeratorDid you use the variation control option explained on this page?
You can use the following shortcode to insert variation to the product
[wp_cart:PRODUCT-NAME:price:PRODUCT-PRICE:var1[VARIATION-NAME|VARIATION1|VARIATION2|VARIATION3]:end]
wpCommerceModeratorHi emily, can you please post the link to the page where the problem is occurring?
wpCommerceModeratorHi Gary, Protecting the top-level category will not protect it’s sub-categories. You will have to set protection to each of the categories (Each category in WordPress is unique even though it is presented in a hierarchical order)
wpCommerceModeratorHi, Gary, one member cannot belong to two separate membership levels as every member is unique in the system (this is a WordPress requirement for integrating with WordPress users database).

April 5, 2010 at 12:16 am in reply to: eMember Login – Edit Pop-Up text / Linking to wrong page #19377wpCommerceModeratorHi, It doesn’t matter if the registration page is visible or not. Visitors won’t be able to signup unless they make a payment. On your registration page you can place a link pointing to the “Join Us” page telling them that they can only register after a payment (in case someone goes there by mistake). Besides, you can remove the “registration” page from the wordpress menu using a page exclude plugin if you don’t want it to be there at all.
wpCommerceModeratorHi sunny, yes you are right. If you put $129.95 USD with 1 month period in the “Trial Billing Section” and $179.40 USD with 1 year period in the “Recurring Billing Section”, it will charge $129 for the first month, after that it will charge you $179.95 instantly at the beginning of the the second month and Recurring Billing Cycle of 1 year will start i.e it will charge $179.95 again 1 year later.
