ModeratorI managed to hide it from the page code using a tweak found in a forum diskussion but it does not seem to affect every instance of the login – not the compact widget.
Is this is the tweak you are referring to? Also, in another post, you indicated that you are using a caching plugin that is not supported.
The only two caching plugins that we “officially” support are WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache:
- WP Super Cache:

If you insist on using your current caching plugin, you must determine if it can be configured in a manner similar to the two supported plugins.wzp

ModeratorYou can use the Member Profile Display Add-on to create a membership directory page.

ModeratorThe “simple” cart only applies the custom input on a “cart” level. The eStore plugin has both a product level and a cart level custom input capability. The product level capability is built into the plugin and the cart level capability requires an addon.

ModeratorIs this problem somehow related to your other issue? In other words, are you trying to work on this AND the other issue at the same time?

ModeratorThe very first paragraph says…
This is more of a General WordPress theme tweaking tutorial as the menu gets displayed by your theme. eMember has nothing to do with displaying your navigation menu. Different themes display the navigation menu differently and from different place(s) of the template file, so this tutorial may not be applicable to all themes. Also, a little bit of HTML and PHP knowledge is required for this tutorial.
What that means is that, you must contact the theme developer, or the community support forum, for that particular theme, and ask your question about which PHP files need to be edited.

ModeratorDid you “prepare the CSV file with member information” that is specific to your configuration? Per those same instructions, the purpose of the skeleton CSV file is only to “give you an idea” of what the required format is.

ModeratorBy any chance, did you install the Subscription Coupon Addon?? Simply deactivate or uninstall it.

ModeratorI’m assuming a caching issue but I have tried changing settings (Siteground OPtimizer) with no luck…
The only 2 “officially supported” caching plugins are:
- WP Super Cache:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/using-the-plugins-together-with-wp-super-cache-plugin
- W3 Total Cache:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/using-the-plugins-with-w3-total-cache-plugin
Please examine the configuration guidance for these 2 plugins (see links) and determine if you can similarly configure your caching plugin.
If you are haplessly “in love” with your existing caching plugin, ask the developer of that caching plugin if they have an option to “disable caching if a cookie is present”.

ModeratorUse of the browser’s “Back” button is not recommended; because unexpected results can occur. It is safer to create a separate “Member Home” button using this tweak to obtain the home page URL for the logged in member; and then redirect them.

ModeratorPlease post a live URL link and instructions on how we can observe this behavior.

ModeratorBecause products can be assigned to multiple categories; you’d simply create a new global category, like “MyWorld” and add all of your products to it.
Can you post a live URL link, so we can see what you are doing, or trying to do?

ModeratorPlease be aware that, unless you subscribe to Pair’s virtual private or dedicated server plans; you are forced to use a shared MySQL database, that has “many restrictions.”
