Custom input fields addon

Does the addon have a way to apply it to only certain items using php code or shortcode. Also, can the estore plugin be used in this way (custom fields on for one item off for another).

The “simple” cart only applies the custom input on a “cart” level. The eStore plugin has both a product level and a cart level custom input capability. The product level capability is built into the plugin and the cart level capability requires an addon.

I have purchased the customer input addon, but now realize it does not do exactly what I need. Can I return it and purchase the e-store plugin?

You must use the Contact Form and the appropriate person will contact you.

After reading your requirements, I think the better option could be to use our following plugin:

That plugin has a more advanced custom fields addon that offer product specific custom fields. It may be more suitable for your current project. The following page explains what that custom fields addon offers. Please read it and see if that will be more suitable for your needs:
