It sounds like you are currently on their Shared Web Hosting plan. How you configure cPanel has nothing to do with our plugins. Why not use their Manged WordPress Hosting plan?

What you are seeking is not supported. Because the WordPress site operates as a stateless system; the plugin would have to do a brute force scan on every post, each time a profile form or page was rendered.

Please turn on the debug logs. Recreate the error condition and then check the resulting logs; and post them if you want us to review them.
Also, are you using a “real” hosting provider, or are you doing testing on a localhost server?
I am new to your plugin and it has been 1 week now since I purchased it. I am waiting to launch my site but cannot until this issue is resolved.
Our installed base numbers in the hundreds of thousands, over the last 15+ years. I am confident we can resolve your issue; but you need to provide us with the requested debug information.
Have you personally seen the problem, or is this the description of an issue one of your users is having; but you have not witnessed yourself?
