ModeratorUnfortunately, this issue has been “beaten to death,” over the years; and the advent of AI will only make it worse. IMHO the only way to secure a site is to put it behind a $1 paywall, in lieu of a free membership level. Even after PayPal takes its cut, you’ll still have a 20-something cents profit.

ModeratorUnfortunately, multilingual support is not officially offered; however, there is a rudimentary workaround:

ModeratorAre you referring to the user_info array, discussed above? That is raw data returned from a PHP array. It’s your responsibility to format the data.

ModeratorWhat you are seeking is not supported. Because the WordPress site operates as a stateless system; the plugin would have to do a brute force scan on every post, each time a profile form or page was rendered.

ModeratorPlease follow the same instructions, given for your other question.

ModeratorPlease turn on the debug logs. Recreate the error condition and then check the resulting logs; and post them if you want us to review them.
Also, are you using a “real” hosting provider, or are you doing testing on a localhost server?
I am new to your plugin and it has been 1 week now since I purchased it. I am waiting to launch my site but cannot until this issue is resolved.
Our installed base numbers in the hundreds of thousands, over the last 15+ years. I am confident we can resolve your issue; but you need to provide us with the requested debug information.

ModeratorHave you personally seen the problem, or is this the description of an issue one of your users is having; but you have not witnessed yourself?
Also, please turn on your debug logs.

ModeratorAre you using any page caching plugins or server modules? There are only 2 “officially supported” caching plugins:
WP Super Cache:

Moderator“That’s the problem.” Donations don’t go through the cart.

ModeratorAs per the advice of @admin, you must set the minimum checkout requirements in your Stripe account, not in the plugin. Please consult with Stripe, to see if they can provide you with the name on donations.

ModeratorHistorically, we only encourage updates, if there is a problem.
The reason is that we don’t like to send emails every few days to give you a little update here and there and break some part of your perfectly working site. Don’t you hate plugins that break after every upgrade? With that said, you could every few months, download an addon and then check the “Version:” header in the main PHP file. That is what I personally do, for both plugins and addons. But for addons, the update cycle could be several months or years, because there is so little code in them that needs fixing.

ModeratorThey are donations, so no product at all. Yes we want the name information. Yes they were successful. No I didn’t have debug on. I’ve currently got Stripe off, until I can get the system changed.
They appear to be fraudulent; not sure why they are doing the charges, but they appear to be fake on further review of the payments.
This is a common step, criminals use to validate stolen cards. If the charge goes through, then they hit Amazon or Best Buy, et al, with a large charge. There is no point in you trying to get a name on this kind of transaction; as it would most likely be fake (anyways). Also, prepaid Visa/MC and Green Dot cards, do not have names. Even with legitimate transactions, they don’t validate names; I use an alias with my personal Visa/MC on certain sites, and have never been turned down. It’s all about the numbers.
