Moderator- WHICH of the Content Protection options described in the documentation link, did you implement?
- Did you remember to assign a membership level to the protected page(s), and are any of the members in the same membership level?
You should create an eMember account for yourself, so that you can log into your system as a member, to test the page protections.
You should also “start simple.” Create a protected test page, and make sure you can log in as a member, and see its contents; and that when you are not logged in, that you cannot.

ModeratorOkay.
- Does everyone, INCLUDING YOU have an eMember “Member” account; not to be confused with a WordPress “User” account?
- Now, can YOU log into the site with an eMember login?
- What type of content protection are you using on the pages, being protected by eMember?

ModeratorLet’s revisit the first question…
1. Are members able to even log into your site?
No, they can not login to the online courses
- You are telling me that absolutely NOBODY, including yourself is able to log into your site? Forget the courses… absolutely NOBODY is even ablt to log into the site???
- Are they trying to log in using the eMember login, or the WordPress login?

ModeratorLet’s backup for a second…
1. Are members able to even log into your site?
2. Does the same behavior happen for ALL members. including yourself?
3. Are you expecting logged in members to be redirected to different pages, based on their membership levels?
4. Are you using a specialized “courseware plugin” that requires some kind of integration; or are your “courses” simply areas of your site, keyed to specific membership levels?

ModeratorDid you follow the steps in the video?

ModeratorAfter a member log in, he is redirect to homepage not to the course he subscripted.

ModeratorI’ll have the developer contact you, regarding PDF Stamper. It’s related to one of the libraries used.

ModeratorYes, our plugins will work with PHP 8.2.x
Please ensure you have downloaded the latest plugin versions.

ModeratorIt sounds like you are currently on their Shared Web Hosting plan. How you configure cPanel has nothing to do with our plugins. Why not use their Manged WordPress Hosting plan?
wzp
ModeratorAre you self-hosting your site, or are you using a hosting provider?

ModeratorWith any anti-anything solution; the object is to make it too expensive for your adversary to bother you.
eMember can block email addresses based on domains:
eMember – Restricting registration to certain types of emails, ie. only .edu
You can also block specific ranges of IP addresses:
You could also use our email address based 2FA addon, and force the spammers to create email addresses:
We never developed an SMS or Google Authenticator 2FA addon; because “we” would be charged for each authentication. But forcing them to spend money is a sure fire solution. $1 is not very much; and you can always incentivize the $1 purchase.

ModeratorUnfortunately, this issue has been “beaten to death,” over the years; and the advent of AI will only make it worse. IMHO the only way to secure a site is to put it behind a $1 paywall, in lieu of a free membership level. Even after PayPal takes its cut, you’ll still have a 20-something cents profit.

ModeratorUnfortunately, multilingual support is not officially offered; however, there is a rudimentary workaround:
