Hi,
Which version of eStore are you using?
Can you post a link to your product page so we can try a checkout ourselves?
April 15, 2012 at 12:18 am in reply to: eStore and Amazon S3 Integration – the path of my files are viewable #44133PeterMemberHi,
This is not a problem and is actually normal behaviour. Only applications with allowed access to the Amazon S3 API will be allowed to access the file or files.
Try typing the direct path of the link you say that you can see in another browser and you will find that you will not be able to get access to your files.
This is a good checklist for amazon s3 download link issues:

April 13, 2012 at 1:04 pm in reply to: Trouble with sales, money comes through, no email with download link #36154PeterMemberIf you want to use eStore then you should be displaying your button using one of the eStore shortcodes. The button you have currently will not invoke eStore.
Also, those instructions you followed are only for people who are NOT using eStore but instead want to use their PayPal button with pdf stamper.
Can you try removing your current button and display another one with an eStore shortcode using the instructions in one of the links I gave you earlier?
Remember, when we refer to eStore buttons we are referring to any payment buttons you create using an eStore shortcode. You don’t need to use the standard PayPal button code anymore.
April 13, 2012 at 12:42 pm in reply to: Trouble with sales, money comes through, no email with download link #36152PeterMemberSo you’re not using eStore?
I’m a little confused because this thread is for eStore.
Do you have the eStore plugin?
If so, you should be following these instructions instead:
April 13, 2012 at 12:30 pm in reply to: Trouble with sales, money comes through, no email with download link #36150PeterMemberWhere is your eStore button shortcode?
It appears that you are using a PayPal hosted button and not an eStore shortcode.
Did you follow these instructions which explain how to use the button shortcodes?

Can you post a link to your page containing the add to cart button?
PeterMemberHi,
Please see this for explanation of internal server error and how to fix:

Once you get that taken care of then let us know if you still have an issue with the checkout.
April 12, 2012 at 7:23 am in reply to: Wrong affiliate commission being applied with the group buying site plugin #44003PeterMemberIf all checks are ok, can you please enable debug for the Affiliate plugin (see settings page) and then share the output of the wp_affiliate_debug.log file.
PeterMemberHi,
Something external to the plugin is causing the javascript error. It may be the theme or another plugin.
The best thing to do is to try and identify what it is by doing the conflict tests explained here:
You said earlier that you already did the tests above – so what did you find?
PeterMemberHi Jamal,
Firstly please ensure that you have correctly setup your 2checkout according to the instructions here:
Now regarding the buy now button, please note that “Buy Now” type buttons are only used for PayPal. So for you scenario use an “Add to Cart” type button. This post will clarify:
Do everything the 2nd video tutorial on the following page tells you to do then just change your PayPal gateway to 2Checkout instead of PayPal.

Also check the following documentation that will show you how to create buy now button for a specific payment gateway:

PeterMemberHi,
If you are getting a 500 internal server error please see this:
Error 500 – Internal server error (What it means and What to do)
When you look at the server log it will tell you why it crashed which will give you some direction as to where to look in your theme’s code.
When the plugin fails to work with a particular theme it means that the theme has something in its code which was not written according to correct WordPress design practices. Fixing theme errors are not in the scope of this forum and you will need to consult the theme producer.
PeterMemberHi,
Can you send a link to your signup page so we can try a mock signup?
When trying to delete a member’s account, please check if any WordPress “users” were created along with the membership accounts and delete those too.
PeterMemberHi,
This can happen if you didn’t upgrade the plugin correctly.
Please download and install a fresh copy of eStore using the following instructions:
Also please see this post which describes a similar issue to yours:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/not-able-to-edit-products
PeterMemberCan you please try re-installing a new version of the plugin again following these instructions:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
PeterMemberThis usually means you have a plugin or a .htaccess file which is restricting access to this plugin’s settings. Perform this test:

Which version of WP Affiliate and WordPress are you currently using?
