Affiliate Platform – Not able to access Settings!

I have registered a new affiliate and am trying to get ahold of her affiliate link. When I click on either WP Affiliate or Settings, I am taken to my website. I have tried to deactivate the plugin but nothing works, I am left without being able to access anything meaningful in the plugin.

Please help asap!

This usually means you have a plugin or a .htaccess file which is restricting access to this plugin’s settings. Perform this test:

Which version of WP Affiliate and WordPress are you currently using?
