Hi fosca85,
I found the cause of your issue.
The reason you were seeing the problem is because it appears that you manually edited the gallery page which was automatically created by this plugin, and you had set the page to “private”.
In future I recommend that you do not change those settings in the automated pages.
If you would like protect a gallery page and only allow your client to view the gallery, then you can use the password feature inside the gallery settings page.
PeterMemberI will email you to get more information.
PeterMemberHi fosca85,
Since changing to php 7.2 did you also change your host provider?
Have you tried putting the following code inside your .htaccess file to see if that makes a difference:
SetEnv MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT 1
If the above doesn’t work, can you try a test whereby you split the zip file into a smaller file with less images to see if it completes the bulk process?
PeterMemberHi @Down Under Images,
Do you have a reliable way of reproducing the problem which you say that you are occasionally experiencing?
Can you please outline the steps to recreate the issue so we can independently verify if there is indeed a bug?
PeterMemberHi Gary,
done!
PeterMemberHi,
Are you trying to buy using the same paypal account as the seller account you have configured in the photo seller settings? If so that won’t work because paypal doesn’t allow purchases from the same account.
PeterMemberI think I might need to take a closer look – perhaps as first step I will get a sample of the watermark image you are trying to use and test it independently.
I will send you an email to discuss further.

What did the php error_log file show?
What happens when you do a text watermark as opposed to the image watermark? Does that succeed?

What is the current setting in your php.ini file for memory_limit? It could be that you don’t have enough memory being allocated for the processing of photos.
The recommended value for memory_limit is at least 256M.
(note: if you’re on cheap shared hosting plan you might have issues because in such cases host providers will usually throttle the amount of memory you are using which is why we recommend a plan with more memory such as VPS or similar for people who want to process and sell photos)
If you haven’t done so already, I think you should firstly try setting memory_limit to 256M and see that goes. (ask you host support if you don’t know how to do that.)
I also recommend that you check your server’s PHP error log file and let us know what logs you see.
March 25, 2019 at 11:24 pm in reply to: WP Photo Seller – Question: Is there shortcode to set the Slider dimensions? #79387PeterMemberHi Gary,
What is the issue that you’re seeing with the slider as it currently is?
Regarding dimensions adjustment via the shortcode – there is no such feature for the slider currently.
PeterMemberHi templesd,
I replied back via email but will re-iterate my findings here too:
I’ve investigated this issue and I haven’t been able to determine the cause or solution.
I even tried installing and using other wordpress plugins which implement the facebook “like” functionality and I still see the same issue.
This observation alone leads me to conclude that the cause may not be related to the photo seller plugin but rather something on facebook’s end.
My initial thoughts are that it’s probably got something to do with the facebook account. For example I don’t really use facebook but I have a test account for development purposes and checks. Maybe my account doesn’t meet certain levels of trust due to lack of normal posting and activity and hence facebook may be blocking some features for my account.
I would encourage you to try the same tests as me to confirm this.
I also saw the same issue when trying to “like” a post using firefox browser and not just chrome.
The fact that you seem to be observing the “like” functionality working in firefox but not chrome, further adds to the mystery and leaves me scratching my head.
Note that this feature was working well in the past and there haven’t been any recent code changes, which once again, points to the possibility that most likely the issue is on the facebook API side.

Which version of the plugin do you have?
If you haven’t updated in months you should download a fresh version of the plugin and let me know if you still see the issue:

PeterMemberit only changes to Liked with a check in it, and doesn’t do anything else. I try it in Edge and it brings up a window to log into Facebook.
I just checked the like button on chrome browser (72.0.3626.119) and it works fine, ie, the facebook login window popup displayed for me after I clicked the like button.
In your case if you didn’t see the FB login popup on chrome then it is possible that you are probably already logged in to FB on your chrome browser and system will not ask you to log in again – hence no popup.
PeterMemberHi,
The link you provided produces a 404 not found.
