Hi There
I am having a problem with some sign-ups
It would seem that, for some people sign up is failing at the username and password selection phase, and when they try again, they can’t because wp eMember already has their email registered (although it doesn’t notify this, it notifies “Please wait for 10 seconds before submiting the form again.”)
My attempted solution has been to delete their email so as they can sign up afresh, but even though the email has deleted, eMember seems to be acting as if it hasn’t.
The problem was first encountered during testing the system (I still can’t sign up with james@hypnosiswithouttrance.com), I just crossed my fingers and hoped it would be a minimal issue, but people are emailing to report the problem, and there are a bunch of others who haven’t emailed, but I see that there is no username registered and no ip access data.
I really hope you can help with this becasue I hate to be alienating prospective customers.

Can you send a link to your signup page so we can try a mock signup?
When trying to delete a member’s account, please check if any WordPress “users” were created along with the membership accounts and delete those too.
