3 and 4 are most likely related. Your customers will not get added as eStore customers if there is a payment verification failure.
When things like this happen to me I always step back and turn on debug and perform some test calls. More often than not I find that there’s some setting I may have missed somewhere.
The following link might help with your troubleshooting:
Run a test transaction with debug option enabled and share the debug info here. This post will explain more on the debug option:

PeterMemberI don’t think the plugin does any file splitting.
With your other question you can easily send an email with your download link for any of your products by using the “Admin Functions” page of the eStore plugin menu.
Once inside this page you simply enter the product ID of your item and then click on the “Generate Link” button. This will output an encrypted link in the “Download Link” box which you can copy and send via email either through your own gmail or other email account or through the wordpress system by filling in the “Send Email To Customers” section.
PeterMember1. How to split file into pieces?
I’m not sure what you mean?
2. How to create link for customer manually?
If you follow all of the steps in this video you will be able to create a download link in a “Thank you” or other redirect URL after a successful paypal purchase.

PeterMemberHi,
I can see that you are getting the following errors in your log file:
“FAILURE :Funds have not been cleared yet. Product(s) will be delivered when the funds clear!”
“FAILURE :IPN product validation failed.”
When these errors happen it usually means that you have most probably set your seller account’s “payment review” setting to “enabled” in your sandbox account settings.
Log into your sandbox account and go to the “Test Accounts” section and make sure that both your buyer and seller accounts are set to “disabled” for the payment review.
