IvyMemberHi,
1. Are you using the “Download Now Buttons”? “Download Now Buttons” are so you can give an item away free. The following forum post will explain more about buttons and their behavior:
2. Did you put a Shopping Cart Shortcode on your site somewhere?
You can find all the shortcodes here:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-shortcodes-and-functions-reference-460
IvyMemberHi,
1. It’s really up to you where you want the customer to land when they come to your site. I would say the products page would be the best. Without knowing the scope of your site and the flow I can not really tell you what would work best for you.
2. The cookie follows the customer anywhere on your site, also if they leave the site and come back the cookie will remain for the lifetime of the cookie (most cookie lifetimes are 20-30 days). You can adjust the length of the cookie lifetime in the Affiliate Settings.

IvyMemberHi, Yes the “[wp_eStore:product_id:1:end]” only shows the button. This is so you can customize the page and information for that product fully. There are many Fancy displays that can also be used you can find all of these displays here.
Display Options:

Shortcode List:

IvyMemberHi, To make an image a button You would need to make a product (copy the one you want to use) and make the button image the picture.
This way when the customer clicks on the image it will act like the button.
You can then place the image/button using the shortcode anywhere on the page you want it to be displayed.
IvyMemberHi, What about using the variation option. You can have it so the variations adds to the price.
Example:
You have 1 product at the base price say $10.00
Then you have a variations for 2 products that adds $5.00 this would = 2 products for $15.00
Then have a 3 product variation that adds $7.50 this would = 3 products for $17.50
You can read more about variations here:
Then you could also use the shipping discount.
IvyMemberHi, Please make sure you are using the PDT option for displaying the links on the Thank You page.

IvyMemberHi, The email that is sent by the eStore is a purchase receipt and details the transaction. So it is really up to you if you want this email to be sent.
Yes if you enable it you will receive an email from the eStore, PayPal and Wishlist.
