IvyMemberHi, This happens when you upload the plugin directory that does not contain the plugin files directly inside it. Common cause for this is when you unzip the file it creates a directory inside a directory.
Step 1: Delete what you uploaded.
Step 2: Follow the video tutorial on this page to install the plugin:

IvyMemberHi Mike, You need two things
1) New version of the plugin
2) Enable PDT and turn on “auto redirect” on your PayPal profile
When Paypal auto redirect is on it will not display the links on the ‘thank you’ page. The plugin relies on information from Paypal after the transaction has processed. When auto redirection is used, Paypal does not send payment information back to your site.
When you have auto redirect turned off and the customer clicks the ‘return to page’ button/link, Paypal will send the payment information to your site and the plugin will display the download links. WP eStore will never display a link for a product without verifying that the payment was confirmed. I have also emailed you a new version of the plugin which should enable this feature for you.
