Hi, At this time we do not have a set time frame on when PayPal Pro will be available.
January 5, 2011 at 12:01 am in reply to: Paypal incorrect format item amount – no commas used – subscription product #27753IvyMemberHi, Do you have a “$” in the amount of the subscription or a space before or after the amount? Did you specify a Product Amount at the top of the “Add/Edit products page”, do this have a “$” in it?
IvyMemberHi, The eStore does not have PayPal Pro integration at this time. That is strange that PayPal is requiring you to have PayPal Pro, have they gave you a reason for this?
January 4, 2011 at 11:50 pm in reply to: Affiliate Commission Rates Incorrect on Multiple Product Purchase #24804IvyMemberHi, What version of the WP Affiliate are you using?
IvyMemberHi, I did some research on a 324 error. It looks like this error can occur for a few reasons . The most common reason is when the browser cache has an issue. Can you please try clearing the cache on all your browsers.
I found this forum that maybe some help to you:

January 2, 2011 at 10:46 pm in reply to: Emeber"The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid." #27705IvyMemberHi, Can you please check the following.
1. That your account is a verified merchant account?
2. That the PayPal email address is correct?
3. Clear your browser cache?
4. That the email address on your account is confirmed?
5. That you have set the business name on your account?
Let me know how it goes.
IvyMemberHi, By Chance are you using a caching plugin on your site?
IvyMemberHi, Let us know how it goes after you update.
IvyMemberHi, I am not sure why you have to disable visual editor for eStore to work. The new shortcodes that we told you to use does not have any dashes in it?
This sounds like a PHP session issue. This post will explain more:
You will need to contact your hosting provider to fix this issue. They will need to check that the PHP session is turned on and configured properly. This should only take them a few minutes to do.
IvyMemberHi, I have sent you an email regarding this issue. I will need to take a closer look at your site. I have sent you a site access request. Also I explained how to setup the PDT option. You will need to set this up as this is how the post payment processing happens (e.g. links shown on the thank you page, post sale clean up and so on). You can read more about the PDT option under the section called “How to Use the Instant Digital Delivery Feature” here:
WP eStore – Instant Digital Product Delivery on A Thank You Page
Please let me know if you do not receive this email.
IvyMemberHi, As always great answer wzp
Just a quick P.S.
The following page will explain how to configure a bundled product:
IvyMemberHi, It looks like you are trying to use the Fancy display with the NextGen Gallery. This can not be done, in the “Alt/Title Text field” you need to use the following shortcode.
[wp_eStore:product_id:1:end]
This should fix the issue you are having with the double thumbnail.
IvyMemberHi, I have sent you updated for both your plugins in an email. Please let me know if you do not receive this email.
Let us know how it goes after you update.
IvyMemberHi, I had a look at your site. The price is showing up it’s just in white font color. The eStore gets a lot of it’s CSS from your theme.
It looks like this font color for tables is not defined in your theme and is Inherited from body.page
body {
color:#FFFFFF;
font-size:1.2em;
text-align:center;
}
store (line 24)
In the eStore CSS there is a class called
.shopping_cart
Once you find this all you need to do is specify a font color.
color:#FFFFFF; (FFFFFF) = white you will need to make this something like 000 (this is black)
