One more question.
The thumbnail images that show up (http://judithshawart.com/products-page) are somewhat distorted – the images look fat. Do I need to create a thumbnail as I want it, upload it to the media library and then use that url in the settings? I hope not as that’ll be alot of work.
The thumbnails that show up in the Nextgen gallery on the gallery pages look good. I’m afraid if I change the default thumbnail setting in WP it’ll change the gallery look.
Any suggestions?
Hi, I believe the following forum post will help you solve this issue:
Let me know how it goes.
Hi Ivy, sorry it took me so long to get back to this issue – life got in the way. Anyway.. I went to the post you suggested and followed the instructions but it didn’t make a difference.
I discovered a workaround – sort of. For some reason the first 2 images I’d uploaded had a thumbnail url ending in -150×150.jpg. Those two images don’t show up that way when I go to the media library nor do any of the other thumbnails(ending w/ -150×150). So I entered -150×150.jpg at the end of the thumbnail url for each product in “manage products” and that worked. Except for one of the images which gives me an error message that the url is not valid. Pretty weird but seems to work except w/that one image.
thanks
