Can you please send me a link to the page where this is happening so I can have a look at it?
IvyMemberAlso you can get a list of all the shortcodes for the eMember here:
IvyMemberThis usually happens when you are using a firewall plugin. If you are using a firewall plugin please deactivate it and try to activate the plugin again.
Please see the following forum post.
IvyMemberIn the “Manage Stamped Files” menu you see a list of stamped files (these are not really cached files). Cached files are automatically deleted when they are old or you can delete them manually too.
If you are referring to the stamped files then those are not automatically deleted because some users prefer to keep them. If you delete these files every few months or so you should be fine. We can look into adding an option to delete them automatically too.
IvyMember1. Please see these posts which should help you (lot can go wrong when moving database tables):
Migrating db from Windows server to Linux server loses products and categories
Products and Customers lost (but not Settings) after moving from local PC
2. What version of the eMember and WordPress are you using on this site?
3. Did you make any changes to the theme or other plugin when you moved your site?
4. Did you try loading a fresh copy of the eMember plugin?

IvyMemberAt this time you can only delete them one at at time. We have a feature in development for this. You should be able to use the following option in the meantime:
IvyMemberYes that version should be fine. Also make sure to check out this post on the PayPal IPN changes and our plugins.
If you do end up wanting to update your plugin you can always get updates here:

IvyMemberThis is an error coming from PayPal (not eStore plugin). Please see the following post as it explain about PayPal and their restrictions on credit cards they accept based on your merchant account and business:

IvyMemberHere is another scenario/option for selling products and memberships from different sites but feeding traffic from a main site.
Example Scenario:
– Main site (The main site where you have the landing page and have the traffic).
– Site A (One of your product/membership sites for product A)
– Site B (One of your product/membership sites for product
– Site C (One of your product/membership sites for product C)
How it works
Main Site – The main site will be used to direct the traffic/customers to the sites with your products/memberships you have for sale. This site doesn’t have the eStore or eMember plugins installed.
Product Sites – These are the sites your customer will be redirected to so they can buy the product. These sites have the eStore and eMember plugins installed.
Setup Steps
Main Site Setup:
Step 1) Create the product landing page(s) as usual. Now use eStore’s purchase link feature to accommodate the sale of a product via the corresponding site.
You can read more about this feature and how it works here: https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/estore-how-to-use-a-text-link-to-accommodate-the-purchase-of-a-product
Step 2) So on the landing page of your Product A use a link like the following to sell the product/membership:
Step 3) Do step 1 and 2 for all the other products.
Basically, you are selling the product via your products site (where eStore is install) but the customer/user is reading the landing page on your main site.
Product Site Setup:
Step 1) Install the eStore plugin and the extra eStore Shortcodes addon on each sites. You can get the Extra Shortcodes Plugin here:
https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-shortcodes-and-functions-reference-460
Note: If you are selling membership then also install the WP eMember plugin on the products sites and configure them.
Step 2) Configure the eStore plugin as usual.
When using the “Buy Now” text link the following will happen.
When a customer clicks the “Buy Now Button” text link from your main site, they will be taken directly to PayPal via the product site and the customer will be able to buy the corresponding product.
December 18, 2012 at 1:04 am in reply to: Customers are not added to eStore when they purchase #52279IvyMemberPlease share the content of the following debug file so we can see if the IPN was received and handled correctly:
-ipn_handle_debug.log
Also, It looks like you have not setup the PDT token in your eStore settings.
FAILURE :The PDT identity token is empty. If you want to display the transaction result on the thank you page then you must specify a PDT identity token in the payment gateway settings!
Make sure to following the instructions on how to setup the PDT here:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-instant-digital-product-delivery-499
IvyMemberYou basically enable the debug option in the plugin settings then do what the above mentioned post tells you to do. Then you can check the debug files (there are links to each debug file in the settings area too).
The following will explain how to enable the debug option:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/how-and-when-to-enable-debug-and-what-does-it-do
To share the log files you can copy and paste it here in the forum for us to look at.
December 8, 2012 at 10:39 pm in reply to: The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css styleshee #52211IvyMemberThe Affiliate Platform is not a theme it is a plugin. You would need to use the plugin installer in WordPress not the theme installer.
Plugins > Add New > Upload
Its best to watch our video tutorial:
IvyMemberCan you tell me what version of the eStore you are using? Can you post a link to the page where you have the buttons?
IvyMemberPayPal transaction fees are charged by PayPal not the eStore. PayPal will charge a transaction processing fee to the merchant for each of your transaction. Most merchants consider this the cost of running a business. If you want your customers to cover these fees then you simply factor this into your product price and set the price of the product accordingly.
