The encrypted download link mechanism is not dependent upon the kind of file.
1. What version of eStore are you using? If less than 4.7.x, please try an updated copy:

2. How large is the zip file?
3. Are you using the browser’s built-in downloader, instead of an external download utility?
Yes, I do believe that it has been fixed. But as a standard “best practice,” please make a backup copy of the existing plugin directory, before upgrading.

Is there anything different about the kind of content in that particular PDF file, compared to the ones that work?
And you still have problems with that file, even if you are not using the Stamper?
If not using the Stamper has no affect on the problem, then is the file being stored in the same directory as the ones that work? Just trying to eliminate all possible causes, without asking you to send thee file in.
If you have already coded a workaround to handle the issue, please remember to make sure it doesn’t get “undone” whenever you upgrade the plugin.

What you are asking would require custom programming.

I suppose that Amin could have one or both of the following options…
1. Begin stamping on page X.
2. Exclude stamping on pages n, nn, nnn…
The limiting factor would be how difficult it is to implement, since we are dealing with a compressed file, and I’m not sure how hard it is for him to work with it.
