ModeratorThat particular file has not been changed since July, Is this the first time you have installed eStore? The error is saying that… somewhere in your current WP installation, some other plugin or theme is using a PHP class with the same name.
Please try deactivating your plugins, one by one, until you deactivate the one that is conflicting with eStore. If that does not resolve the issue, then please try switching to the default WP theme, to see if it’s your theme that is in conflict.
I think someplace, buried in the forum, is a list of incompatible plugins & themes.

ModeratorI suspect that it’s the “Here’s your link” one liner that’s really doing it. You could try customizing the e-mail text, so that it does not trigger a Spam filter.

ModeratorAlternatively, you can customize the text of the message, so that it is less vulnerable to being marked as Spam:

ModeratorHi. We need a little more information, about your particular circumstances.
Have you personally tried using IE 8 on a test download, to see specifically what the issues are?
Does this only seem to affect all IE 8, or only certain IE 8 users?

ModeratorPlease upgrade to the latest version:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/automatic-update-request
Then, please try it again using the default settings.
If that does not work, please tey “Automatic URL Conversion Preference” to “Do Not Convert” and “Download Method” to “cURL.”
