Cannot run while wp-estore is activated

I hired someone to write a script that I could put into a post that allows users to input some numbers and get a calculation. It works on a fresh install of WP but not on my live site. I started deactivating plug-ins one by one and it stopped working after I deactivated WP eStore.

I know almost nothing about writing scripts. What can I tell my programmer to do to his script?

Has he had a chance to examine the problem?

I don’t remember what got fixed, but this is now working.
