MemberRegarding the template 9/7 missing thumb – I looked at your page with developer tools.
There appears to be something wrong with the thumb [http://papaphotos.com/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/15/IMG_8631-1-2-250×166.jpg]
I suggest you delete that photo and try uploading it again to that gallery.
Also your server seems to be really slow loading the lightbox. Are you on a cheap shared hosting plan? If so, I think you will struggle with the display and processing of large photos on a shared hosting plan. I recommend if it’s possible, that you try and upgrade your plan to a VPS.
Regarding your mobile display – well it looks like a bit of a mess, probably due to your theme or another plugin conflict. I think it is due to the theme not really handling mobile display CSS very well. I bet if you try twentysixteen etc you will not find an issue. I have tested with twentyfifteen/sixteenn/seventeen and other themes and they do not have this issue.

MemberCan you please grab a fresh version of the plugin and then try your shipping scenario again?

Let me know if you still see the same behaviour and we will take it from there.

MemberFor the benefit of others who may have a similar issue – the cause of the problem @IMMuscle was having was that his theme was “optimizing” uploaded images and hence overriding the creation of the standard wordpress thumbnail sizes such as 150×150, 300×300 etc.
The photo seller plugin needs the 150×150 thumbnail for some of its gallery displays.

MemberHi N.
Please post a link to your gallery page so I can try and add something to cart.
What is the value of your server’s PHP memory_limit configuration parameter?
(Note: you should try to set this to minimum of 250M)
Also, please check your server error log file and let me know if you see any logs related to the photo seller.

MemberAre you referring to the case of deleting a gallery?
When you delete a gallery it should delete all of the photos associated with it.
Is it not doing that?
Peter
MemberI have now got the issue of an error overtime I load up an image and I do not have the authority to view my images on my own site.
Do you mean you cannot view your gallery images from the backend in the settings pages or the front end?
If it is the front end, can you please provide a link to your gallery page so I can view it with my browser?

MemberI’ve looked at your site and after some head scratching I found the issue.
Something on your system was setting the standard attachment thumb url to point to a thumb size of 150×113. It should be pointing to 150×150 sized thumbnail.
I have modified the code to force the photo seller so that it uses the 150×150 thumb on the gallery home page.

MemberWe do actually use the “caption” field. We use it when someone searches for photos via our special search shortcode. If you have data entered in the caption field and someone searches a keyword which is contained inside that field then the search function will find it.
I am guessing that you want to display the caption in the photo details page. Is that right?
If so, currently that is not possible but you can still display the photo “description” and/or “Alternative text” on the details page if you have data in those fields.

MemberAs far as I can see your only issue is the thumbnail not showing. I think it’s best if I take a closer look at your site. I will send you an email so I can get account details and log into your site tomorrow sometime. (Note: I’m based in Australia)

MemberYou should not be tampering with the folder names or changing anything manually.
Everything should work automatically.
Please create a brand new test gallery with just a few images and send me the link to this so I can view it with my browser.
Peter
MemberI looked at your gallery page and it seems that only one gallery is showing the thumbnail and all of your other galleries appear to have broken thumbnails, ie, your “gallery306” is the only gallery showing a good thumbnail [http://www.littleladybirdsphotography.co.uk/lb/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/305/p5a75fv9ni/LittleLadyBirds_FINAL-1-150×71.png]
I would recommend that you check your other galleries and make sure that those thumb files actually exist on your system.
Also you can go to the gallery settings for a particular gallery and check the “Gallery Thumb ID:” value. Maybe try changing it to another value to see if that fixes it.
Peter
MemberCan you please provide a link to the gallery page with the issue so I can look at it with my browser?
Peter
MemberSo I checked again and it’s now saying importing 1 file when there is in fact 13 files in the zip file
I still think your issue is with the zip file.
Are you using a mac to create it?
