Peter
MemberI just looked at your individual gallery page (ie, gallery4) and it appeared pretty much perfectly centred.
Is there another particular page you are referring to? If so please provide link.

MemberHi Groa,
I can see that your watermark says “Vala images”.
Is this what you are expecting?
Peter
MemberHi,
What you are asking for is very specific and customised functionality.
Depending on the implementation and whether it is feasible, perhaps we can discuss the possibility of you hiring me to implement the functionality you are after?
Let me know and I can send you a separate email where we can discuss further.

MemberRemember that the .htaccess file I am referring to is the one in the uploads directory in following folder:
wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller
Don’t touch the one in your site’s main root folder.
Also don’t forget to paste the contents of that file in your reply so I can see what’s inside it.

MemberMaybe since the SSL change, the .htaccess file in the uploads directory needs to be re-tweaked.
Using FTP or cpanel, go to the following directory:
wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller
Then try a test. Temporarily deactivate the .htaccess file by renaming from:
.htaccess
to
temp.access
Then try viewing your gallery page again. Do the images display properly?
If so, please provide the contents of the .htaccess file so I can take a look.

MemberHi,
I’ve sent you an email so I can look inside.

MemberHi Mike,
It’s possible that there might be a conflict from another plugin or your theme.
The reason I say that is because most of the general settings for photo seller are saved using ajax.
If there is a javascript error on your system caused by another plugin or your theme, then this may prevent the photo seller from saving the settings.
Can you please try a quick test?
1) Deactivate all other plugins except photo seller and then try saving the settings.
Do they save successfully? If not proceed to 2)….
2) If above still yields the same results, then leave the plugins inactive from 1) and then revert your theme to a standard wordpress theme, eg, twentysixteen.
Then try saving the photo seller settings.
Let me know what you find.

MemberHi Troy,
Your host provider should have a support system in place and will able to locate the PHP error log files for you. They should also be able to help troubleshoot this issue too. Simply explain the issue to them and if they ask for any technical info which you don’t know how to answer just let us know.
April 12, 2017 at 6:49 am in reply to: Photo Cart checkout issues: not sending customer to PayPal – just refreshes page #75462Peter
MemberIn addition to your current cart issues, I’ve noticed that your site is not properly showing the link in the “view cart” button after someone has added something to the cart.
Have you deleted the cart page or made any changes to the existing page?
You mentioned that everything used to work ok but then it stopped working. This usually means you have changed something on your site such as installing a new plugin or updating a theme or plugin which has introduced a conflict.
I will send you an email so I can log in to your site and take a closer look.

MemberWhy do uploaded images show up twice in wp media library?
If you choose an image which was already uploaded to your site outside of the photo seller plugin, then the plugin will make a copy of it.
If you upload the image from inside the photo seller settings, then you won’t see a copy of the image.

MemberCan you please check your server’s PHP error logs and let us know if there are any logs pertaining to this?
Also turn on debug for the photo seller – go to the photo seller settings page and scroll to bottom and you will see the setting called “Enable Logging”.
Can you also please do a plugin and theme conflict test to see if another plugin or your theme may be causing this:

MemberYour server most probably doesn’t have enough resources and memory to complete the task.
What type of server installation do you have? Shared plan, VPS or something else?
What is the value of your PHP memory_limit configuration parameter?
The watermarking code will check if a watermarked image already exists and it will not redo the watermarking procedure if the watermarked file has already been created.
Check your server’s PHP error log file and let us know if you see any “memory exhausted” errors.
Peter
MemberOne of two things may be happening:
1) It may be likely that your server is not able to handle the resizing and watermarking tasks which need to occur when you create a gallery.
What is your server’s PHP memory_limit configuration value? (you should set this to at least 256M)
Is your site hosted on a shared hosting plan?
Please check your server’s PHP error log file to see if there are any logs related to the photo seller.
2) there is a plugin conflict on your system which is breaking the photo upload button in the photo seller gallery settings page.
My understanding is that you’ve used the photo seller to create galleries before and the upload button worked, so it is strange how now it suddenly would stop working.

MemberHi Dave,
Haven’t had a chance to look at this yet.
You mentioned it is hard to find which photo a customer wants – do you mean after they have made the purchase?
Did you know that the orders menu will tell you which gallery every photo which was ordered comes from? Have you used that to identify which photos your customers have ordered?
Simply go to the Photo Seller >> Orders menu and then click the “view” link on the order which you are interested in.
