Gallery thumbnail's permalink seems to have changed.

Hi, The thumbnails for my galleries are not showing up. The company logo is used as the thumbnail. The reason is that the permalink has changed for some reason… I’m presuming I can upload a new logo, select that as the thumbnail and it will be fine but why has this happened please?

Did you change host? Your site just doesn’t load at all at the moment.

What change did you make to your site when the thumbnails stopped working?

I looked at your gallery page and it seems that only one gallery is showing the thumbnail and all of your other galleries appear to have broken thumbnails, ie, your “gallery306” is the only gallery showing a good thumbnail [http://www.littleladybirdsphotography.co.uk/lb/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/305/p5a75fv9ni/LittleLadyBirds_FINAL-1-150×71.png]

I would recommend that you check your other galleries and make sure that those thumb files actually exist on your system.

Also you can go to the gallery settings for a particular gallery and check the “Gallery Thumb ID:” value. Maybe try changing it to another value to see if that fixes it.

I have done that several times, all the way to uploading a new photo with a unique name (sometimes there are clashes with duplicate file names). I have no idea why gallery 306 works… I can’t work it out. Look at the source.. it is taking a photo from gallery 305…. In addition, in gallery 306, the thumbnail is not set, it has selected the first uploaded picture by default.

The source on all of the thumbnails is wrong and I have no idea why…(given that I can’t edit the source, I can only select the thumbnail ID).

I have gained access to the database. The real_image_folder_id’s are all different. I don’t know if they should be or not. For one of the galleries I copied the id from the one thumbnail that is working and it changed the thumbnail on the site to the one selected in wp-photoseller gallery thumbnail id. Should I change all the real_image_folder_id’s to the same? Why is this happening? thanks for you help thus far.

Also setting real_image_folder_id’s to NULL makes the thumbnails show. Is this OK and how do I go about getting these thumbnails to show correctly automatically? Thanks.
