Hi,
when I create a new Gallery to sell photo, I usually upload pictures from media librery, but now when I press Save gallery there is 1 Waning message for every piture selected.
Warning: copy(/home/……./public_html/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/9/……/nanephoto.jpg): failed to open stream: no such file or directory in /home/……../public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/models/WPSGalleryitem.php on line 295
But if I upload a new photo in a old gallery there is no problems!
TKS

I will send you an email.
May 1, 2015 at 4:42 pm #69836giurgiottoMemberI solve myself by uploading normally not with ADD FROM SERVER plugin, it’s slow but it’s good. I’ve 2 another questions:
Is there a limit of picturs for a gallery photo seller?
When I must to delete a gallery with all pictures for space problem on the server, how I must to do?
On Sunday I must to take pictures of 8000 people for the “bavisela run” in Trieste and I’ve only 25gb on server.
Sorry for my english… I’m italian
Tks for all
May 2, 2015 at 12:53 am #69837adminKeymasterThere is no limit on the number of gallery pictures you can have.
You should just be able to delete the gallery from the “Gallery” interface of the plugin.
March 17, 2017 at 7:22 pm #69838IMMuscleMemberI’m not sure this is the same problem but it’s similar. On first page load of any album in any browser, I get this message plastered all over the page:
Warning: copy(/home/photosearch/public_html/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/11//bmjvsfvqz4/Houses-38-150×150.jpg): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/photosearch/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/models/WPSPhotoProduct.php on line 117
The path, of course, will be different for each website…
When I refresh the page, it all goes away.
If I load the same URL in a different browser, the same thing happens on the first page load. Then it goes away.

Is your server using any kind of page caching software, or CDN (Content Distribution Network)?

March 22, 2017 at 2:45 am #69844PeterMemberFor the benefit of others who may have a similar issue – the cause of the problem @IMMuscle was having was that his theme was “optimizing” uploaded images and hence overriding the creation of the standard wordpress thumbnail sizes such as 150×150, 300×300 etc.
The photo seller plugin needs the 150×150 thumbnail for some of its gallery displays.
