Hello, The photographs are not displaying on my site – I just get empty boxes with file numbers in.

I have followed the instructions you have given previously to other users with the same problem (deleting .htaccess) etc but still no luck.
I have enabled D-Bugging, deactivated all other plugins to see if there is a conflict – but still nothing.
Many thanks
Ian
November 20, 2015 at 12:23 pm #71921PeterMemberHi,
How did you upload the images?
Seems like the urls of all of the files representing the thumbs are missing from the html code.
When viewing your page using firebug I can see that the “src” attribute is empty for the <image> elements.
How big are the photos you uploaded?
Can you try creating a new gallery and uploading new photos and choosing another template (say template 1) to see what happens?
March 25, 2017 at 5:56 pm #71922youshij54MemberI have I guess similar issue. If I use template 9 or 7 some photos will be disappeared but with template 1 all is fine. Not sure about the issue. If you click on the empty box you can see the big size of photo but missing in thumbnails.

Please advise.
Thanks, Youshij

Is there any way which we can solve the conflict? The main issues appear when you see the website on the phone. The pricing table too big and all the text messed up. Not sure who can help me or if there is any way to solve the issue without removing plugin or theme! Because I am happy with both theme and your plugin.

The plugin is “Evatheme Redux Framework” and I am using MAC Photographer them from Evatheme.

March 26, 2017 at 11:07 pm #71925adminKeymasterThere are too many CSS conflicts coming from the other plugin. I can’t see how we can address these in our plugin. I already send you an email about the CSS conflict last month. You can reply to that email.
March 27, 2017 at 2:48 am #71926PeterMemberRegarding the template 9/7 missing thumb – I looked at your page with developer tools.
There appears to be something wrong with the thumb [http://papaphotos.com/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/15/IMG_8631-1-2-250×166.jpg]
I suggest you delete that photo and try uploading it again to that gallery.
Also your server seems to be really slow loading the lightbox. Are you on a cheap shared hosting plan? If so, I think you will struggle with the display and processing of large photos on a shared hosting plan. I recommend if it’s possible, that you try and upgrade your plan to a VPS.
Regarding your mobile display – well it looks like a bit of a mess, probably due to your theme or another plugin conflict. I think it is due to the theme not really handling mobile display CSS very well. I bet if you try twentysixteen etc you will not find an issue. I have tested with twentyfifteen/sixteenn/seventeen and other themes and they do not have this issue.
March 27, 2017 at 5:57 am #71927youshij54MemberThanks for the reply. However, I have never received any email from you regarding the CSS conflict. If you don’t mind please resend it again. my email is “youshij54@yahoo.com” & “youshij54@gmail.com”.
For the missing thumb – initially, it was fine but suddenly disappeared. That’s fine and I will delete and will upload it again. Then why still I can see the correct thumb in other templates? That’s a bit strange. I am not sure if the issue is from photo as I have made all photos in a same way.
I also have seen some issues from the server and I am planning to switch to another service provider as their service is awful and they cannot cope with their traffic and speed!
For the theme on the mobile version, I will share your feedback with my theme developer. They are a very committed team and I am sure they will have a look at the issue.
