Hi there,
I have developed a theme for my site with your plug-in and all was working fine until I upgraded it to version 2.0.4 I now have a very strange bug showing in the design. You can see the site here: [http://www.alfieiam.co.uk] The theme is a child theme to the stock WordPress 2013 theme with only minor CSS changes and the inclusion of the JavaScript to embed the FaceBook page widget.
Since upgrading your plug-in on first load of the homepage the footer does not load correctly (the Facebook logo sits on top of the footer menu links) and the image slider shows the images too small. If you then open the HTML inspector (tested with Chrome’s built-in inspector and Firebug in Firefox), with the inspector docked in the browser window; the page them loads correctly.
I have disabled all other plug-ins and it is only disabling the WP Photo Seller plug-in which causes this behaviour to stop happening.
I am at a bit of a loss as to what may have changed in the plug-in which would be causing this kind of behaviour. I thought I could be some JavaScript which is not running / stopping over scripts from running, but I am not too sure where to start looking.
Any help gratefully received!

Which version were you on before upgrading to the latest?
I will email you and send you another previous version for you to try.
Note that we are always making improvements and changes to the plugin and I want to establish if any of the changes made in the past couple of releases are contributing to your issue.

I was one version 1.9.4 previously. Can you send the emails to jonwitts[at]gmail[dot]com?
Thanks for looking into this for me.

March 17, 2017 at 11:55 am #72180BubblesStudioUKMemberHello,
I have added this theme to my site and from the very beginning have had issues.
Firstly loading zip files using filezilla it froze then closed the filezilla program, this then deleted my whole website.
I have now had that issue repaired thanks to my server. I have now got the issue of an error overtime I load up an image and I do not have the authority to view my images on my own site.
My server have looked into this and have come to the conclusion that the issue is on your end can you help??
here is the email from my server
“Hello Ben,
We apologize for the delay and appreciate your patience. I see the error logs refreshing with following errors when I access
[http://www.bubblesstudio.co.uk/wp-admin/upload.php?item=8980] and other links at the dashboard and that could be the reaosn for the specified issue:
20170317T054906: [www.bubblesstudio.co.uk/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php]
PHP Notice: Undefined index: QUERY_STRING in /hermes/bosnaweb21a/b787/ipg.bubblesstudiocouk/bubblesstudio.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/wp-photo-seller/models/WPS.php on line 598
The errors are related to plugins ‘wp-photo-seller’ and ‘sell-media’ respectively. I suggest you to contact the vendors/developer of those plugins for further assistance regarding the issue. If these errors get fixed and if issue still persists, you’ll have to try disabling other pluginss/theme and see if that fixes the issue or contact your website developer for further assistance. I don’t see any server related reasons for the specified issue.”
Any help in this matter is greatly appreciated
Ben
March 17, 2017 at 4:18 pm #72181wzpModeratorIs this the “sell-media” plugin, your hosting provider referred to?
The description of the plugin suggests that it may conflict with Photo Seller. If you temporarily deactivate the “sell-media” plugin, does the problem disappear?
March 18, 2017 at 2:57 pm #72182BubblesStudioUKMemberNo it was never active I have now deleted fully from my site and still have the issue
March 19, 2017 at 2:23 am #72183PeterMemberI have now got the issue of an error overtime I load up an image and I do not have the authority to view my images on my own site.
Do you mean you cannot view your gallery images from the backend in the settings pages or the front end?
If it is the front end, can you please provide a link to your gallery page so I can view it with my browser?
March 20, 2017 at 11:26 am #72184BubblesStudioUKMemberThey will not load up in the back end, I have started to be able to load them through the WP Photo seller plugin but not through the Media upload.
It also seem to have effected my Slider plug in as that no longer works since loading the WP Photo Seller plugin

Please go through this, and perform the referenced test procedure.

There may be JavaScript errors or multiple/conflicting version of JQuery on your site.
