Name of Picture only displaying in Galleries

Hi, I’ve just purchased wp photo seller and uploaded my first gallery with the uploader in WP Photo Seller. No thumbnails are displaying, just the name of the picture file. On the Gallery page the picture does not display either, can you help.

The page can be viewed at [www.dmbphotographer.com] in the photo gallery.

Are you using a CDN service? The image URL looks like this:

[http://i1.wp.com/www.dmbphotographer.com/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/1/0001-Mr-and-Mrs-Barnes-6651.jpg]

We have some security protection (to protect your photos) in the plugin that prevents anyone trying to fetch the image from outside your server. So that CDN service won’t be able to get the image.

what do you mean cdn and how do I turn it off?

CDN stands for “Content delivery network”. I will try to explain the issue in a different way.

When you upload an image to your site the URL should be something like the following:

[http://www.dmbphotographer.com/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/1/0001-Mr-and-Mrs-Barnes-6651.jpg]

In your case the URL is the following:

[http://i1.wp.com/www.dmbphotographer.com/wp-content/uploads/wp_photo_seller/1/0001-Mr-and-Mrs-Barnes-6651.jpg]

There has to be something special (a plugin, a service or something else) that you are using on this site which make image URL like that. Can you turn that off?

Looks like you are using the photon feature in jetpack.

You have to turn that feature off in order for the photo seller to work because it changes the URLs of the photo files.

i am having exactly the same problem but my photon feature in jetpac is not activated… please help as i need my gallery set up by this evening.

also would like to add that is shows add to cart button and picture name, but no picture and when u click on it, it says ‘This is somewhat embarrassing, isn’t it? It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try a search?’

i have deleted plugin and updated it to a new one, and tried different gallery template and still nothing seems to work not even thumbnails show up on that page (

plz plz help as i need it done asap and I thought it’ll be all clear and simple.. didnt expect it to be failing so badly..

I am having the same problem. Images are displaying in the Gallery, but not on the gallery page. What am I missing?

We have different gallery templates which shows the gallery using a different style. Please review the available styles from the following page:
