Hi, you should be able to do it. You will need to specify your thumbnail image URL in the “source” parameter and large image in the “link” parameter.

Please see the shortcode guide for more information (Image File Lightbox Overlay Popup section):

There was a minor bug in the fancy 11 code. We have been able to fix it. Please install a fresh copy of extra shortcode addon:

WP eStore Shortcodes and Functions Reference

Let me know how it goes.

MP4 video requires some additional code to open in lightbox. So there is no easier tweak to trigger the lightbox effect other than using a shortcode. Why don’t you make a text link that looks like a button? It’s possible with CSS.

@mindip, these are the available options for customizing a button image:

Hi, what is the URL of the image that you are using? Please provide a link to the page in question so I can take a look.

Hi, currently the popup window can only be opened from a text/image. Can you please share the code you are using? Also provide a link to the page in question so I can take a look.

@neostarmarketing, we will need to take a closer look at your site to see what is happening. I have sent an email to your registered email address for site access. Let me know if you don’t receive it.

@ebasebiz, It can open both internal and external pages in lightbox. Please find the instructions here (HTML Page Content Display in overlay section):

@Mdudley286, it unsubscribes from PayPal as well. Have you deleted the eStore product linked with that particular membership level?

Please provide a link to the page in question so I can take a look at your cancel subscription button.

@tmicka, we have added it to the plugin. I have sent you an email with instructions. Let me know if you don’t receive it.

@naikm, you might want to do the following:

Unchecking the “Disable Shortcode Formatting” option in the Lightbox Ultimate settings solved the issue.
