ShortCode not working after Upgrade (FlowPlayer)

When I first installed the PlugIn, we had some Issues with the ShortCode for the Amazon S3 protected videos not playing my bucket videos.

So You helped me and reviewed the problem and came with a Solution

Now that is not working after upgrade to newest version.

Unchecking the “Disable Shortcode Formatting” option in the Lightbox Ultimate settings solved the issue.
