lightbox ultimate plugin video pop ups not launching

hi there I am using the WP lightbox ultimate for one of my websites and it has been working for some time. However recently I noticed the video is not launching when one clicks the video image button. the short code has not changed and after checking I’m still unable to figure out what the problem might be.

Here are my login details along with the URL of the website. This is a members area and there are people accessing the site therefore please let me know as soon as possible how to fix this issue.
