Affiliate not receiving Commissions after 14 day free trial

I had a client who signed up for a 14 day free trial under an affiliate’s ID, however the 14 day trial was up today and his payment was made, however the affiliate never received the commission. Am I missing something?

Hi thanks for the prompt reply

2. I have all 3 plugins from yourself and use them – WP Affliate, Emember and estore

3. I understand there was no special integration for wpestore and wpaffiliate as followed instructions

4. Debug has been enabled

5. WP Affiliate – v 5.8.6

All other affiliate sales are working fine but this particular one sale which was a one off 14 day free trial, has not allocated the commission to the affiliate

Was the debug option enabled when the trial payment charge was processed?

I don’t think it was 14 days ago I think I did it about a week ago

There is actually no record of any payment getting processed by the plugin. I will check your setup to make sure you have created the subscription button correctly. I have sent you an email for it.
