@naikm, It looks like your target URL site is blocking data submission via form post. Please do the following:
1) Go to the eStore advanced settings (WP eStore -> Settings -> Advanced Settings)
2) Enable “Use Link for Button Redirection” option

@russhansen, You can disable the “Downloadable” checkbox so the plugin does not encrypt the URL of that product (It’s under “Digital Content Details” section).

Alternatively, you can set up your registration process so users will have to sign up before they can purchase (Scenario 3.1, eMember required). This way you can collect all those custom data as part of the user registration:

So your checkout scenario will be like the following:
1) Customer adds item to the cart.
2) Clicks the checkout button.
3) They are sent to a page where it tells them to log in or create a new user account. Creating a user account is free.
4) When they fill in the form, they can submit all those custom info that you need from them.
5) The customer logs in and completes the checkout.
6) You (the site admin) will have all the necessary data in the admin back-end.
