Hi, I am not totally sure what you are doing or wanting to do. Adding a customer in eStore’s customer menu won’t create an affiliate account.

Do you want to automatically create an affiliate account when a customer purchase something from your site?

Currently an affiliate account can be created automatically only after a transaction and if you have the following option enabled in the “WP Affiliate Platform Plugin Specific Settings” ( It’s under WP eStore->Settings->Addon Settings).

If someone was to pick the PLATINUM vip membership and they pay the upfront $38.99 for 90 days and then recurring at $12.99/month… and I have the duration to 31 days… after 31 days is it going to make there account inactive

I think the best way to handle this would be to create two membership levels (one with the trial and another with the recurring). You can set it so both of them can have the same level of access. After the “trial” membership expires you can give them an option to upgrade to “recurring”. Once they upgrade their account they will continue to access the content.

This way you can have a separate duration for each membership level.

Hi, Are you changing the password from the “Users” menu of your WP Dashboard or eMember’s “Members” menu? Or the user is changing the password using eMember’s edit profile option?

Ideally you should edit the user information in the “Members” menu of eMember plugin (after all the users have been imported to eMember). That way eMember can keep the user data synchronized with their WordPress account (if you need it).

Currently the affiliate commission is awarded when a customer purchase something from your site via WP eCommerce and lands on the “Thank You/Transaction Result” page after the transaction (using one of the payment gateways of WP e-Commerce):

Hi, The admin notification email is sent after the user fully completes the registration. By default this feature is turned off. You can enable it by checking Send Notification to Admin option from the following area:

That’s really not necessary. You can simply use the “upload” option next to the Digital File URL field to upload your file.
