PDF Stamper – Getting A Blank Screen When Trying To Manually Stamp A PDF

Hello,

We purchased and installed the latest version of PDF Stamper on our WordPress site. After going through the activation process we tried a manual testing but all we got back was a blank/white screen.

1. We installed the plugin via WordPress uploader. We also deactivated, removed and re-installed via the WordPress uploader. Tried the manual stamping again and still got a blank screen.

2. We went through your checklist at https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/an-error-occurred-while-trying-to-stamp-the-file-pdf-file-creation-checklist. This did not fix the issue.

3. We are using a valid PDF file for testing. We also used pdf-stamper-sample-ebook.pdf with the same results.

4. PHP Version: 5.2.17-1.1.rs.el5 installed. We also have both IonCube Loader and CURL Library installed and running.

Hi, have you installed the minimum requirements plugin to check if there is a “Checkmark” or “X” next to any requirement?

I would like to know the PHP memory you have available on this server. So install the requirement checker if you haven’t already then let me know what RAM you have on this server.
