I am going to be adding my sales people manually as affiliates via the admin web form. When I added the first person, I ws expecting an email confirmation to be sent to both him and me(admin). Neither received any confirmation, so he has no way of knowing his unique affiliate url or log in credentials.
What can I do to make this function by entering in the admin versus the signup webpage?
Hi, there are a few reasons as to why we don’t send a sign up notification when an affiliate is added via the Dashboard.
If you want this to work like the “sign up page” then you can create the affiliate account from the signup page (rather than the dashboard). That way the plugin will do all the tasks that it would do if an affiliate went to that page and signed up.
