I Have eMember, eStore and Affiliates Plugin
I introduce a new customer in the area of add/edit customer and not updated in the area of statistics and also not update in the Affiliate area… Why?
April 18, 2013 at 11:35 pm #55213wpCommerceModeratorHi, I am not totally sure what you are doing or wanting to do. Adding a customer in eStore’s customer menu won’t create an affiliate account.
Do you want to automatically create an affiliate account when a customer purchase something from your site?
Currently an affiliate account can be created automatically only after a transaction and if you have the following option enabled in the “WP Affiliate Platform Plugin Specific Settings” ( It’s under
WP eStore->Settings->Addon Settings
).Automatically Create Affiliate Account After Purchase

The plugin won’t do anything when you do the above. When you do the above, you are not doing a transaction so the plugin is not going to do anything. The online sales process works like this:
1) Customers comes to your site
2) They buy your products via the e-commerce plugin
3) They get the items they buy (in the process, affiliate commission is given to the referrer and inventory count of the product is updated).
Please watch our video tutorials to learn how the plugin works first:

I have a feeling, you want to handle your sales manually which is fine but you need to use “Manual Checkout” for that. Read this post and pick an option:
July 21, 2013 at 3:21 pm #55216topogrupoMemberI want to configure my site an easy way:

July 22, 2013 at 12:01 am #55217adminKeymasterWhat do you mean by the following?
I make the introduction of the sales manual
You are using WP eStore and the WP affiliate plugins correct?
July 22, 2013 at 6:06 pm #55218topogrupoMemberYes i have wp eStore and Wp Emember and WP affiliate
I’m using Google traslator
1st I want to manually enter a sale in eStore
2nd intend that the WP eStore Stats be updated
3 The comissions are assigned to the affiliate
I want to know how should I configure my platform to be all right?
July 23, 2013 at 10:32 am #55219adminKeymasterIt won’t work like that because the sale has to be completed by the customer otherwise it can’t track affiliate referral data. If the customer doesn’t come to your site and checkout via the shopping cart, the plugin doesn’t know who originally referred that customer.
You can setup your site using option 2 or 3 explained in the following page then do the checkout yourself on behalf or your customer from your site:
That will cover point #1 and #2.
The affiliate commission part requires the customer to do the checkout. If you are manually processing the sale yourself and you know who referred the customer then you can manually award the commission too. Go to the “sales/commission data” menu in the affiliate plugin and add a commission entry manually after you process a sale.
