Are you trying to perform any of the above?
we will need to take a look at the debug file to see what is happening. Can you please provide a link to your gateway bundle debug file as well as the email address of the member in question?
If you didn’t have the debug option enabled when this transaction happened please do the following:
1. Enabled debug in the eStore settings.
2. Enable debug in the Gateway bundle settings.
3. Do another test transaction.

Hi, payment buttons created via eStore can only work on a site where eStore is installed. Since you are trying to embed a button on an external page I think your best option would be the following:

Please note that PayPal doesn’t like it when you try to do a transaction via iframe so the above mentioned text link option will be better in that regards too.

Hi, the plugin only records the customer if it’s a valid transaction. Did you check to see if the customer was added to the “Manage Customers” menu of eStore?

We do have PayPal subscription option. Do you mean to use this when you say PayPal subscription?

Hi, with your current integration method there are two places where you can specify a commission amount:
1) In the General Settings of Affiliate plugin.
2) In the affiliate profile (which will override the commission amount specified in the General Settings).
Let’s say you have specified 25% in the General Settings. All the affiliates will continue to receive a 25% commission when the subscription(trial or recurring) amount is charged.
Now you can specify 50% in some of the affiliate profiles which will make it so they receive a 50% commission when the subscription(trial or recurring) amount is charged. Unfortunately you can’t award 50% commission only for the trial and 25% for the recurring.
Hi, the best way to handle this would be to keep all the plugins deactivated except eMember. First check to see that the popup functionality works on your site. If it does start activating one plugin at a time and see which one causes the issue.
Hi, I tested the videos on all major browsers (Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari, IE). They are working fine.
However, you do need to fix the following error:
Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) - [http://maxsteingart.com/wp/members/wp-content/themes/images/default.png]If you directly enter the image URL in the browser address bar you will see the error.
