Hi,
Which version of eStore are you using?
Have you ensured that you have enabled “Use Automatic Discount Feature” checkbox?
Make sure that coupon you created is not expired or hasn’t exhausted its redemption limit.
Can you please share a link to the page where I can go and add items to the cart to see the behavior?
The coupon code that you specified to be applied for auto discount, does it have another condition in it?

PeterMemberHi, I’m assuming that the debug you’ve captured is for the successful case, ie, for the customer who got the email. Is that right?
If so, can you please try and capture the debug for when you see the problem occur again?
(This might mean leaving debug enabled for a few days).
Email delivery can fail for many reasons. The plugin may even not be where the issue lies. More details on this here:
If you capture a debug for when this issue happens we will be able to guarantee you if the issue is outside of the plugin or not. This will help you focus on fixing the real source of the issue.
PeterMemberHi,
Yes you will need to load a fresh and newest copy of eStore by following the instructions here:

April 30, 2012 at 12:40 pm in reply to: eStore & PayPal – occasionally receipt shows incorrect postage amount charged #44474PeterMemberHi,
Ideally it might be helpful to have a debug capture of a “correct” purchase transaction and one which is exhibiting the incorrect pricing as you described above.
Therefore could you please enable debug and share the output if possible.
Please see this link for how to enable debug:

April 30, 2012 at 12:50 am in reply to: eStore – want to keep cart contents unless successful transaction #44044PeterMemberHi,
Are you by any chance using a caching plugin with your setup?
If so can you please try deactivating this plugin and see if this is causing the issue?
PeterMemberUpdate: The profile display extended addon was developed for this:

Hi, As far as I’m aware eMember currently doesn’t have the type of display options for the public profile listing you are asking about.
Whether such functionality is worth putting in as a feature is up to Admin to decide
PeterMemberHi,
Regarding the “EMEMBER_ESTABLISH_ACCOUNT”, I’ve checked the code and there is no such reference.
Please provide a link to your page where this element you are referring to is displayed so we can take a look at it.
PeterMemberHi Matt,
Admin might be best suited to answer this definitively but in the meantime can you please do the following conflict tests to eliminate the possibility of a plugin/theme conflict:

Yes, you should be able to do it via phpMyAdmin.
1) Firstly you’ll need to export the members out of the “wp_wp_eMember_members_tbl”. (use “csv” format to export)
2) Then you’ll need to find out the format of the aMember table. Perhaps do a “csv” export of the aMember table too so you can have a template to work with.
3) Then you can modify the exported eMember file to match the columns and structure of the aMember table.
4) Then you simply import the new file into the aMember table.
This video might help in showing you the basics of using phpMyAdmin to import and export tables:
PeterMemberWhich version of eStore do you have?
The setting can be found in the “WP eStore Settings” -> “AddOn Settings” and then check the “Only Logged In Members Can Checkout” field.
This will make it so anyone can add items to cart but they won’t be able to checkout unless they log in as a member.
This will help you setup registration scenario 3:

PeterMemberHi, eStore actually uses PayPal express checkout. This is what makes eStore easier to use than other cumbersome payment solutions:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wordpress-ecommerce-knowledgebase-523
What you are referring to with the “onsite checkout” is called “PayPal Website Payments Pro”. Its a premium solution from PayPal. You can add that using the payment gateway bundle plugin:

Regarding the refresh page and cart item count increase – this is normal behaviour and not a bug. It is typcially how the POST operation works when a browser page is refreshed. Please this thread:
April 27, 2012 at 5:27 am in reply to: WP Affiliate – Restrict Affiliate Arrangement To Specific Products? #44477PeterMemberHi Matthew,
Are you using the eStore plugin together with the Affiliate platform?
If so, you should be able to exclude the products for which you don’t wish to pay a commission for by specifying zero ‘0’ in the “Product Specific Commission” field of the product’s configuration.
April 27, 2012 at 5:02 am in reply to: Hide the Affiliate ID from the URL after the visitor lands on the landing page #24461PeterMemberHi, It’s actually not the current version. Please get a new copy of the plugin from the following link:

An http 500 error is an internal server error.
This is something which your hosting provider must fix.
Please see this post for more info:
