Use the shortcodes which allow you to do section protection on a page or post. (see link below)
ie, put your protected content within the shortcodes and outside of the shortcodes put some useful info describing to your visitors about how to upgrade their account.

I forgot to add that if you wish you could alternatively display all four products on the same page or post and then use section protection shortcodes for the various membership levels. This way all members can go to the same page but each will see something different based on their membership level. See this page for more info about section protection:

The easiest way to achieve what you are after is to create 4 products which are all essentially the same except for the price.
Then you can place each of these products in their respective pages which will be protected by the membership level for that product.
Therefore only those people belonging to a particular membership level will see that product/price.

Authorize.net offers subscription/recurring payment option via a solution called ARB (Automated recurring billing). You can use that if you have the payment gateway bundle plugin:

1) So as a first check please tell us what value you have in the “Item Shipping Cost” field for each of the digital products.
2) Post a link to the page where I can go and add a digital product to the cart and checkout to see what it does.
3) Are you using PayPal profile based shipping?

Note: sometimes PayPal can hold the fund for review when a credit card is used because the PayPal account is not verified. Remember the plugin will not do the post payment processing and give out the links until it receives the all ok cleared fund. This is to protect you from scammers. It will process the payment when PayPal clears the fund into your account. Anyway, debug will tell us exactly what is going on.
You will most likely find out the mistake you made from the debug but if you need help simply share the debug file content.

I believe that the APR feature will allow anyone clicking on the “encrypted” link (as long as it hasn’t expired) to access your video. If someone tries to go directly to the URL without clikcingh the encrypted link, they will not be able to access the content between the APR shortcodes.
For instance when I clicked on the link you gave above, I was NOT able to see the content because the link had expired.

The APR shortcode will hide the contents for everyone except those who click on the encrypted link which references that page, eg, such as someone who may have purchased your product.

2) Use firebug to adjust CSS settings such as width. Eg, something like the following might work when added to the eMember_custom_style.css file:

4) As per point 2) you will need to use firebug to experiment with CSS. A hint in this case would be to try setting the “margin-left” and “margin-right” to “auto” for the table element.

Which version of eMember do you have?
Which instructions did you use to set eMember up?
Could it be that you are logging in with one membership level but then trying to access pages which do not allow that particular level?
