In the trial amount you put $279.98 (Setup + first month)
In the monthly recurring amount you put $79.99 (This will be billed each month after the trial time has expired).
In the trial time amount you put 30 day.
After the 30 days $79.99 will be charged each month.
In the membership level make sure you have the “Subscription Duration” set to “No Expiry or Until Cancelled “
Also, it looks like you protected your membership registration page. You should keep the member registration page unprotected. Please make sure you have watched the videos here for setting up the eMember plugin:

August 26, 2012 at 12:32 am in reply to: eStore – activate referral url and PDT when we have multiple websites #48705IvyMemberThe “Return URL” can be any URL. The eStore will tell PayPal the return URL (you set this in the eStore settings) and override the settings in your PayPal account on a per transaction basis. This way your PayPal account is not locked into one store.
IvyMemberYou can basically track any action you want on a page.

August 21, 2012 at 12:31 am in reply to: eMemeber is setting the accounts to unsubscribed not expired #48566IvyMemberBasically, what is happening is that you have specified a membership duration value in the membership level. The user has cancelled the account mid-month so they still have remaining time on their membership. This is why the status is set to unsubscribed to allow them access to the content they have paid for. When their membership duration is finished it will set the account to inactive.
If you are using a subscription payment for your membership level and want to immediately cancel the account of the member when they cancel then use “No expiry or until cancelled” option in the membership level. This option will expiry the account as soon as it is cancelled.
