Hi guys,
I have just installed a new theme and am having trouble with the ‘buy now’ buttons on my website.
On items where the product description is longer than the space given by the thumbnail, the box around the items is cut off. I’m using the [wp_eStore_category_products:category_id:1:end] shortcode. The products display correctly when I use page preview
(http://campbellduke.com/products-and-services/?preview=true&preview_id=3598&preview_nonce=d40e5e104f)
but not when viewing the page itself

I’m using the Elegant Themes ‘Nova’ theme. How do I get around this?
Cheers,
Beth

2. If you are still having the issue can you quickly do the theme and plugin test outlined here to see if you can find the source:

August 28, 2012 at 11:24 pm #48562CampbellDukeSpectatorThanks for this info, Ivy. I’m waiting to get a fresh copy to reinstall – reinstalling the version I have and deactivating plugins hasn’t worked yet.
Do you have any information on the compatibility of Event Espresso with WP eStore? I’ve had the following error showing on the dialog box when I use the WYSIWYG eStore button to add products to a page:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘add_event_espresso_menus’ not found or invalid function name in /home/camp2909/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 403
I had no change in my button visibility when I deactivate Event Espresso.
Thanks,
Beth
August 29, 2012 at 8:03 am #48563adminKeymasterThat other plugin is not loading the WP environment correctly inside the TinyMCE button which is why you are seeing that error when you use eStore’s shortcode inserter in the WP editor. This is something the developer of that other plugin will have to address.
All of our shortcodes are listed in a PDF format at the following URL (simply open the PDF file and copy paste and shortcode you need):
