IvyMemberI believe this has to do with the problem you posted here. Once you take care of that problem you won’t have to worry about it:
Anyway, to answer you question… yes, you can manually enter any sale information by going to the “Add/Edit Customers” menu. No need to delete anything. Simply add new entries.
August 17, 2012 at 11:40 pm in reply to: Paypal not sending info back to Wp Estore plug-in after a purchase is made. #23080IvyMemberMost likely you have modified your PayPal merchant account and have turned of the IPN feature.

2. Run a test transaction again with the debug turned on. If you are still getting the blank debug then follow this checklist so you can fix your setup configuration:

3. Optionally, follow this documentation to enable PDT and present purchase info on the Thank You page if you want to:
IvyMemberIt looks like you are following the wrong documentation. Wishlist Member and WP eMember are two different plugins. Do not following the documentation for the WishList member plugin as you are not using it.
You can see the eStore and eMember integration documentation at the following page (there is a video tutorial too):

All the WP eMember documentation is nicely indexed at the following page:
August 17, 2012 at 12:59 am in reply to: WP eStore says Payment Verification Failed, when payment is successful #39870IvyMemberIvyMemberThat covers the important information in the debug. The rest are just the steps the plugin took to complete the processes. Simply disable the debug info once you done debugging an issue and everything is working.
IvyMemberNo, you do not need to take any action. eStore generates that email and sends it to the admin whenever it receives an *out of the ordinary* notification. This allows the admin to investigate the action and see if anyone is trying to scam you. In your case you can simply ignore that email.
August 15, 2012 at 1:01 am in reply to: how to pay affiliates if usng estore /membership site with Authorize.net bundl #48408IvyMemberYou can make the payments any way you want. Most clients use PayPal Mass payments. However you can choose to pay the affiliates with any payment gateway or manual option (check, bank transfer and so on). The affiliate plugin gives you a summary of the commission amount that needs to be paid. You are free to pay that amount however you feel like.
IvyMemberYou can integrate this via the WordPress User system. Please see this post:
August 15, 2012 at 12:54 am in reply to: The plugin generated xxxx characters of unexpected output #22605IvyMemberThank you for sharing your fix with us.
IvyMemberI am glad you got this working. I took care of the email for you.
August 13, 2012 at 1:31 am in reply to: eStore – How to Ask Customers How They Came to Website Upon Checkout? #48349IvyMemberWhat may work for this is to use the shipping variation. You can change the name of this option in the language file of the eStore to say something like “Where did you hear about us”
Then you can make the variations the ad sources. However you wont be able to do the other option with collection box.
