Update: The following post has all the email troubleshooting info:
I have a feeling that your PayPal IPN is not setup correctly so the payment notifications are not reaching the eStore plugin. Please check this post and verify for me that your PayPal IPN is working correctly:

After the IPN issue is fixed, the emails should start to work automatically. If it doesn’t then we will move to checking the email issue you on your server. The following post has a very useful checklist to fix that issue:
October 5, 2012 at 12:42 am in reply to: When I click on the add to cart it jumps to a page "error 404 Not Found" #50062IvyMemberHi, Please see the following forum posts.
Are you using a caching plugin? if so which one?
Did you specify a “Button Redirect Target URL” for this product in the add/edit products settings?
October 1, 2012 at 12:11 am in reply to: Add-to-Cart shortcode does not work in NextGen Gallery #49900IvyMemberDo you have any NextGen Galley add-ons active on your site?
What version of the eStore are you using?
IvyMemberYou may want to try and clear the browser cache on the computer not showing the edit link.
IvyMemberYou don’t tell them to make the banner graphic. You give them the graphics. Remember, you can bundle up a selection of banner graphics in a zip file and give it to your affiliates. Then show them where to link to your site. They can then use the banner graphics you gave them and use it to link to your site however they want. This also gives them good flexibility too. Sites that have a lot of products (example, amazon.com) takes this approach.
Anyway, I will talk to the developer about this.
September 25, 2012 at 12:13 am in reply to: eStore – Shipping Variations add Shipping Cost to Digital Products #49402IvyMemberIf the shipping is getting added when you land on PayPal’s site then this means you have your PayPal Profile shipping setup in your PayPal merchant account.
Please make sure in your PayPal account you have the “3rd party override shipping” setting checked. This will allow eStore to override the shipping setup and bypass the profile based shipping for eStore checkout. More details here:
IvyMemberUsually the affiliate plugin is used on a per site site so this is never an issue.
The affiliate does not have this option at this time. However I will talk to the developer about this.
Sometimes, it is a good idea to teach your affiliates how to make links. This way you don’t have to create lots of links/ads yourself (the affiliate can make it on their site).
Information like the following can give all the knowledge required for your affiliates to go on their own and make affiliates links pointing to your site:

September 7, 2012 at 3:10 am in reply to: Variation Price [+£5] Issue – just a thought that might work? #48893IvyMemberYou can change the “+” character to something else like “Add” but you can’t remove it totally. Look for the “Variation Addition Symbol” field in eStore settings to configure this.
The price is needed for the variation to work properly.
I don’t really understand why a customer would get too confused since it is a standard practice. You can see examples of this on sites like Apple, Dell etc. You will see they all show the amount that will be added to the price for selecting a particular variation. I would actually get confused if I choose a variation which costs extra but the price amount wasn’t shown to me anywhere.
September 7, 2012 at 3:07 am in reply to: Coupon not functioning properly. Help on a deadline! #49060IvyMemberI think this would work better if you used a %.
Example
Say you have 5 product adding up to $50.00 and you want to give $10.00 off per product. You would then specify 20% off coupon. This way it would take 20% off the products from the category you specify.
Please test this and let me know if it will work for you.
IvyMemberThe Affiliate only has a global cookie setting at this time. You can not have different cookie lifetimes on a per Affiliate basis.
September 4, 2012 at 12:49 am in reply to: eMember – Subcription failed : "subscription Could not find this Product ID" #48936IvyMemberHave you made any changes on your site since this was working to when you got the email?
What did this customer purchase? Was it a valid purchase from a customer? The reason I ask this is because sometimes you will get scammers try to send a fake payment notification to try and get a product for free. eStore will catch it and send you (the admin) an email like the one you received. So if there wasn’t any true purchase from any customer then you can ignore this email.
IvyMemberI have sent these updates out to you. Let me know if you do not receive them.
August 31, 2012 at 12:21 am in reply to: eStore – PayPal shipping address not to be shown with subscription buttons? #48834IvyMemberFor recurring subscriptions you must use a subscription button. Payment Gateways handle subscription via a different API so there are restriction from the gateway.
August 31, 2012 at 12:16 am in reply to: Item's not showing up when adding an additional product. #48810IvyMemberNo you will not lose your settings if you delete the plugin.
You should not have to deactivate the Extra Shortcodes Plugin for the eStore to work. This plugin is made to work with the eStore.
Please make sure you are using the latest version of the Extra Shortcodes plugin.
IvyMemberThe eStore was designed for digital products and has limited shipping options.
The only shipping options the eStore has is explained here:
http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/ecommerce/wp-estore-documentation
See the section called “shipping and tax related”.
