MemberHello, thank you for your fabulous work!
I wanted to know … I would like to configure eStore so that my clients can be redirected to a thank you page with the list of products to download.
So I watched the video tutorial to activate the PDT on paypal.
But I have a question.
If I activate a referral url to my paypal account, is that all paypal buttons exist, and have nothing to do with the site that I am doing, will have the same return url?
If this is the case, it creates a big ploblème. I do not want people who buy on my other sites are redirected to the site that I am currently after payment.
How to activate the PDT when using paypal for other sites and we have already several existing paypal buttons?
PS: sorry my english is not very good

MemberThe “Return URL” can be any URL. The eStore will tell PayPal the return URL (you set this in the eStore settings) and override the settings in your PayPal account on a per transaction basis. This way your PayPal account is not locked into one store.

KeymasterHi, The PDT is a global settings in your PayPal account and that URL you specify is the one that will be used unless a specific one is provided at the time of transaction. WP eStore will override that return URL on a per site basis (you specify this in the “Return URL” field of eStore’s settings menu). So yes you can use the PDT for different sites with the same PayPal account.

MemberHi,
This means that in all my other paypal buttons, I must specify a return address, otherwise, people who buy from other sites will be automatically directed to the default address, it is this?

MemberYes for your other sites with non-eStore paypal buttons you will have to override the default return address if you wish it to be something different.
