If your sandbox email or incorrect address is entered here and you try a real transaction you will get the error above.

Please check that you changed your PayPal email address from the Sandbox email to your actual PayPal email.

IvyMemberHi, This would be a PayPal setting and not an eStore setting. You would need to look in your PayPal profile for this option (this option may not be available in all areas).
