    Hi, Once a customer makes a payment they will have access to their membership. You can however deactivate the account from the admin if there is a issue.

    Hi, In the eStore setting menu there is a “Payment Gateway” tab at the top please go here and verify that the correct PayPal email address is entered here. If your sandbox email or incorrect address is entered here and you try a real transaction you will get the error above.

    Hi, This usually happens when the PayPal email address is not correct or there is a “$” in the price of the subscription (you do not need to add the $ to the price). Please check that you changed your PayPal email address from the Sandbox email to your actual PayPal email.

    Hi, This would be a PayPal setting and not an eStore setting. You would need to look in your PayPal profile for this option (this option may not be available in all areas).
