Hi, I have emailed out your update. Please let me know if you do not get the email.
July 7, 2010 at 12:26 pm in reply to: Problem with Cancelled Paypal subscription still being active in Estore #22170IvyMemberThere have been many fixes and features added since 2.4.5. If you are still having this problem after the update please let me know and we will take a look at your site.
IvyMemberWhat kind of information are you looking to collect?
IvyMemberCan you please tell me what information you are looking for? There are many email tags that can be used to display information in the email that you are sent via the eStore. Please remember there is a limit on the information you can send to PayPal (This has to do with PayPal and not the eStore). This information is passed to PayPal via the browser.
You can find a list of the email tags here:

IvyMemberI am glad you got this working and thank you for posting your fix. Each server configuration is different so sometimes small tweaks are needed.
IvyMemberHi, Can you please install the minimum requirements plugin and let us know if there is a “Checkmark” or “X” next to the IonCube requirement.
You can find all the information for this here:

Once the member unsubscribed via PayPal will send the eStore notification that the subscription has been cancelled I believe you just need an update and this should fix the issue you are having. You can find out more about how updates happen here:

July 7, 2010 at 12:21 am in reply to: How to stop email with download link going into JUNK mail #22279IvyMemberHi Tink and Jan-Marie,
Tink your answer covers just about everything
When emails go to the Junk email, sometimes it is impossible to figure out exactly why (mail servers don’t tell you why exactly it got marked as spam). There is an article from Google that explains some of the reasons:
http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&ctx=mail&answer=1366858
Here is a tool that might help you with this issue too. This test will check a mail server IP address against 147 DNS based email blacklists:

Remember there are many blacklists; this just covers a majority of them.
One way to help with this is to have multiple delivery methods. For example: Email and the links displayed on the Thank you page after a purchase is made. This way if the email fails to reach the customers inbox they have the option of downloading the product from the Thank You page. Also, it is a good idea to instruct the customer to check the junk mail folder if they do not receive your email within a specified time.
IvyMemberHi, I believe you just need a update. I will send you the update request form via email. Please let me know if you do not receive this email.
IvyMemberHi, You can use either one. With BB Press you will have to do the integration mentioned above by Amin. With Simple Forum this will be easier as it is a plugin that just needs to be installed and configured.
IvyMemberHi, I sent you an email regarding the update. Please let me know if you do not receive this email.
IvyMemberHi, You are correct about the cookie length. If you set the cookie to 180 days then both sales in your example would be credited to the affiliate (as long as the customer does not clear their cookies).
IvyMemberHi, We will need to take a closer look at what is happening on your site. I will send you a site access request via email. Please let me know if you do not receive this email.
IvyMemberThis is a bug with PayPal they have been trying to fix this since Jan of this year. If you clear your browser cache and retry your purchase this should fix the issue. This is a random bug.

Update: Some subscription product details were incorrectly specified which was causing this issue. We have corrected your subscription product details and now it is working fine. It is good to check our PayPal subscription creation documentation for this:
