IvyMemberHi, These files where added to the Affiliate plugin in a recent update. Updating the plugin will fix this issue.

Something had to have changed for the plugin to stop working.
If you can give us a little clue as to what has changed then we should be able to tell you how to fix it. If you have no idea that’s fine I should be able to take a look at your site and see what is going on.

IvyMemberHi, Unfortunately you can not split the payment between 2 PayPal accounts automatically, PayPal does not allow this. You would need to have the payment go to your PayPal then send the Author amount minus your commission.
IvyMemberRe – multiple emails… This is definitely an hosting issue.
On some hosting where the mail server is not configured properly it does not do the handshake correctly at the time of sending the email so it thinks the email didn’t go. Because of this the server tries to resend the email.
Please contact your hosting provider regarding this issue… I am pretty sure they will be able to help you with this.

IvyMemberHi, The name is taken directly from PayPal. This is most likely the name she has on her PayPal account (possibly a maiden name that was never changed). All the information eStore uses is the verified information from PayPal.
IvyMemberHi Ray, I had a look at your site on All three major browsers (FireFox, IE8, and Chrome). There appeared to be no issue. Do you know which browser was giving you the issue?
